Before the web, Douglas built a strong foundation in design, engineering, and production. He worked in automotive design and restoration, served as an engineer on a world-class supercar program, and contributed to the film industry by building sets and fabricating special effects for blockbuster films and national commercials. Later, as General Manager of a manufacturing plant overseeing the design, engineering, and production of construction and electromechanical products, he refined the leadership and operational skills that continue to guide his agency today.
Over the years, Douglas has personally trained every team member at PX Media, ensuring the same standards of creativity, precision, and client care run through all of the agency’s work. Many of his clients have been with him since the early 2000s during his DMD Studio years — a testament to the trust, consistency, and results that continue to define his work at PX Media.
At the heart of his career is a consistent thread: creativity, precision, and a relentless drive to build. PX Media is the culmination of those experiences — a company shaped by artistry, engineering discipline, and a commitment to client success.
