LA-MPA Brochure and Shopping Cart Development Project


Website designed for a leading Skin Care boutique located in the Beverly Hills area. We built an e-commerce shopping cart (CMS), included custom website programming and photography. PX Media developed a design that incorporated location and studio photography of models, products, service and the location. We programmed a completely new site with a full-featured shopping cart and newsletter package. The end result was a user-friendly website that matched the client’s desired new vision and brand. LA-MPA took advantage of PX Media’s suite of services.

Website Development

State-of-the-art web design development. Built on WordPress Multisite. Responsive, Modern design. Location mapping, booking/scheduling, and gift card purchasing.


Performed full SEO setup, along with Google location setup, Sitemap, Titles, Meta, and ALT tags. Performance enhancements include page speed, image optimization, and Minify and Combine JavaScript / CSS. 


Branding continuity over four different types of websites and 14 franchise sites. WordPress Multisite gives you an edge by allowing you to server images across multiple sites and assigning admin privileges to one or many sites with one login. Rolls keep admins from making significant changes that would impede the overall brand.

  • ASP.Net Custom Skin Care shopping cart module.
  • ASP.Net Content Management System (CMS).
  • Press module for videos and PDF’s.
  • Custom Newsletter Module.
  • Excel upload/update.
  • Managed all QA, browser testing, front and backend bugs.
  • Developed project speck for the developers.
  • Setup and configuration of hosting account on Windows 2012 servers, running Plesk 11.
  • Research and testing of all plugins, modules and components.
  • Client training for use of CMS along with continued support.

The overall goal was to save time pre build, and save money maintaining the sites post build. By adapting the full suit of websites into WordPress multi site PX Media took a typical build time of 4-6 weeks and dropped it to 1-2 weeks. PX Media now not only supports every aspect of the XGolf web presence but also support all franchise locations as if they are each our client.
